Engel's soft organic merino and silk blend fabric has to be my favourite for newborns. It is just so delicately smooth against baby's sensitive skin. It's naturally stretchy, with a slight sheen from the silk. 

These baby bodies can accommodate a cloth nappy. This wrap around is a great design for newborns with the easy dress side poppers. You don't need to put it over the head, just place baby on the suit and feed through the arms. The poppers are to the side so they don't interfere with a new baby's umbilical site or tummy time.

Note on using machine wash: Wool washing programmes of washing machines vary massively, therefore we can not grant warranty for any damages. With regards to using your wool washing machine cycle always use cold. If you choose to wash at 30 degrees the machine will still rinse with cold water and this shock to the fibres can cause the wool to shrink.
